S.A.C. have been awarded a new contract scheme with Greatwell Homes. The refurbishment of 59 garage sites across Wellingborough will allow the sites to be rented out to residents living in the surrounding areas.
Works are well underway on our project in Chatteris, with the timber frame and roofing works on Block B having been completed-with Block A following closely behind. Works on site are due to be completed in August.
Approaching the end of week 4, S.A.C. are making fast progress on the 75 bed, new build care-home project in Ipswich. Piling works are set to commence early next week, with the relevant preparations having been made.

Refurbishment of the Bedford Girls School science block has been completed. Working against a tight schedule, our team, alongside others, worked quickly and efficiently to provide a high-quality finish for the project.

This prestigious new pavilion and clubhouse was procured via a competitive Design & Build tender process and will satisfy one of the Section 106 requirements of David Wilson’s large residential development at Great Denham, located just south of Bedford.
Extremely pleased to have received, for the second year running, a National Company Award from the Considerate Constructors Scheme. The ceremony was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Park Lane, London on the 2nd November 2017.
